Fees, payment schedules, taxes, and approved third-party costs are stated in your proposal or invoice. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. We may pause work or withhold deliverables where an invoice is overdue.
6. Results and platform changes
We apply professional skill and care but do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, advertising returns, reach, or other commercial outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, budgets, offers, website performance, customer behavior, and third-party platform decisions.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. Once all related fees are paid, you receive the usage or ownership rights for final deliverables described in your proposal. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, internal tools, methods, templates, know-how, and unused concepts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will take reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and will use it only to perform or receive the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Third-party services
Our work may depend on advertising networks, social platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment services, and other third parties. Their availability, policies, charges, account decisions, and service changes are outside our control.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms in your signed proposal or agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYNURAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or copy website content except as allowed by law. Website information is general and may be updated without notice.
