1. Scope
This policy applies to digital marketing, advertising management, social media, website development, graphic design, video editing, influencer marketing, consulting, and related services supplied under the SYNURAL brand by Santoshi Mandal.
2. Before work begins
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund of fees paid to SYNURAL, less any non-refundable payment processing charges and third-party costs already incurred with your approval.
3. After work begins
Once strategy, research, design, development, campaign setup, content production, or another agreed service has started, payments for completed work and time already committed are non-refundable. Any remaining unused prepaid amount will be reviewed against completed work, committed resources, and the terms of your signed proposal.
4. Monthly services and retainers
To cancel a recurring service, send written notice to hello@synural.com. Unless your proposal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Fees already charged for a billing period are non-refundable because capacity and resources are reserved in advance.
5. Advertising spend and third-party charges
Advertising spend, software subscriptions, domains, hosting, stock assets, influencer fees, platform charges, and other third-party costs are not refundable by SYNURAL. Refund requests for those costs are subject to the third party’s own terms.
6. Project delays and client responsibilities
Delays caused by missing feedback, access, content, approvals, or materials do not create an automatic right to a refund. If a project remains inactive for an extended period, revised timelines or reactivation fees may apply where stated in the proposal.
7. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email hello@synural.com with your name, company, invoice or proposal reference, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
8. Agreement priority
If your signed proposal or service agreement contains different cancellation, refund, or notice terms, that signed agreement takes precedence over this general policy.
